Monday-Thursday
7am: run/ergo
9am: work
5pm: run home, eat, get changed
6pm: training
8pm: go home, eat, shower, sleep/LIFE
Friday - REST DAY
9am: work
5pm: go home, collapse in a heap and eat food
Saturday
9am: go to training
11am: go home. nap, eat, shower.
then life
10pm: sleep!!
Sunday
9am: go to training
11am: go home. nap, eat, shower.
then life
10pm: sleep!!
guys I went way too meta today and lost my footing.
